Boarding Services
Indoor Arena
Our fully enclosed 59’x120’ indoor arena features premium footing designed to promote soundness and comfort for equine athletes. Ideal for evening rides and inclement weather, it offers a safe, consistent training environment year-round. Praised by veterinarians and international clinicians alike, our arena reflects Tower Lane Farm’s commitment to excellence in horse care and rider experience.
Outdoor Arena
Our expansive 90’x218’ outdoor sand arena features a full-size dressage court and breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier, offering an inspiring backdrop for training and competition. Engineered with a top-tier drainage system, the arena remains ride-ready year-round. Both our indoor and outdoor arenas are meticulously groomed and watered to maintain optimal footing for peak performance. An adjacent gazebo provides a comfortable space for spectators to relax and enjoy the ride.
Indoor Stalls
Our barn features 13 spacious 11’x12’ matted stalls, each bedded withSix soft shavings to ensure maximum comfort for your horse. Six of these stalls offer direct access to private paddocks, providing added freedom and flexibility. Horses enjoy turnout six days a week—either in roomy pastures during dry weather or in our well-maintained condos. During the winter months, condos are reserved exclusively for barn-stabled horses, ensuring consistent care and comfort year-round.
Outdoor Condos
Tower Lane Farm offers 19 outdoor matted stalls, each with its own individual paddock to provide horses with 24/7 turnout access. Our Condos are thoughtfully bedded with soft shavings to ensure maximum comfort. We take pride in our turnout management, using strategic footing and maintenance practices to minimize Northwest mud and keep horses clean and healthy. In addition to paddock access, we offer a variety of turnout options—including pasture and combination setups—to meet the unique needs of every horse.
Tower Lane Farm spans 20 lush, securely fenced acres of pastures and paddocks, offering a peaceful retreat for both horses and riders. Our clean, well-maintained grounds provide ample space for leisurely hacks between pastures, and just down the road, beautifully groomed trails invite you to explore the natural beauty of the area. In the summer, many of us enjoy relaxed rides to the Green River, sharing laughter and connection along the way. More than just a facility, Tower Lane Farm fosters a supportive and engaged community where riders build lasting connections and every ride is enriched by shared purpose and camaraderie.
Pastures and Riding Outdoors
Horse Care and Tack
At Tower Lane Farm, we provide premier amenities and top-level care tailored to the needs of discerning equestrians and their horses. Horses are fed high-quality hay three times daily, six days a week, and twice on Sundays, with grain and supplements administered twice daily using owner-supplied feed—or choose from our selection of premium grains available at an additional cost. Our facility includes two enclosed, matted grooming areas, convenient cross-ties in the aisleway, and two wash racks—one indoors with hot water and one outdoors with cold—for year-round grooming comfort. Riders enjoy dedicated tack space, and horses benefit from access to a Theraplate (available by monthly subscription), supporting recovery and performance. Every detail at Tower Lane Farm reflects our commitment to excellence in equine care.

Our farm is proud to host three accomplished Grand Prix dressage trainers. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced rider, you'll receive personalized instruction tailored to your goals and skill level.
